From there: you drop things into the board as they come up. I respond consistently throughout the month. Not in real time — this isn't a hotline — but nothing sits unanswered for long.

At the end of the month, you decide. No automatic renewal. You recommit because it's working, or you don't because you're going on holiday.

What the work actually looks like
