Quote templates and customer email journeys
From $150
Enquire about thisThe quote you keep rewriting. The follow-up you meant to send. The new customer who doesn’t know what happens next. These are good places to start with email templates and automation.
I write and set up email journeys in Brevo, Mailchimp or your preferred platform. We’ll work out which messages are useful, what should trigger them and when they should stop. The aim is a customer who knows what’s happening and a business owner who has fewer things to remember.

A few concrete starting points.
From $150
Branded quote template
A reusable quote email that presents your services, price, inclusions and next step clearly. Your team supplies the quote details; the template gives them a consistent home.
From $300
Quote follow-up sequence
Up to three follow-up emails for customers who haven’t responded, with agreed timing and stop rules when they accept or reply.
From $300
New-customer welcome journey
Confirmation, what happens next and preparation instructions, sent at the right point in the booking or purchase.
From $300
Review and referral journey
A review request, reminder and invitation to recommend the business, connected to a suitable point after the service or purchase.
From $300
Bring customers back
Rebooking reminders or a short sequence for customers who haven’t returned, using an agreed definition of when it makes sense to contact them.
From $750
Three connected email journeys
Work out the appropriate messages, write them and set up three agreed journeys so they support the wider customer process.
The messages need to know what happened.
A quote follow-up needs to know whether the quote was accepted. A review request needs a sensible signal that the work is finished. We’ll identify where that information lives and what your email platform can use.
These examples assume the platform already has the event or customer information needed to trigger the emails. Connecting a website, booking system or payment provider can be part of your individual quote. Platform subscriptions and provider charges are separate.
What we can work through together.
- The purpose of each message and who should receive it.
- Subject lines, message copy and your brand presentation.
- Customer attributes, tags and segmentation.
- Trigger events, timing, conditions and stop rules.
- Relevant links to quotes, articles, services or products.
- Testing the agreed sequence and its connection to the customer process.
A real example, with room to go further.
Sam’s Sparkling Services uses a branded quote template connected to her website’s quote process and customer confirmations. The same approach can support follow-up, reviews and bringing previous customers back.
You can combine email work with a quote-and-acceptance website, a customer discovery quiz or the system you already use.
