A cleaning website with enquiries, quotes and payments

From $1,000

Your next customer wants a cleaner. Give them a website that explains what you do, collects the details you need and lets them accept your quote without another round of phone tag.

I build cleaning websites with guided enquiries, manual quote preparation, online acceptance and payments. The starting point is a working process I’ve built for Sam’s Sparkling Services, adapted to your services, your customers and the way you run your business.

Sam’s cleaning website shows its services beside a guided enquiry form
Sam’s Sparkling Services: explain the service and give visitors somewhere to start.

A cleaning website with quoting built in.

Domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, housekeeping or specialist cleaning: the useful questions will be different. We’ll work out what you need to know before you can give someone a price, then build that into the enquiry.

A website that explains your business.
  • Your branding, service information and the areas you cover.
  • Clear routes to request a quote, ask a question or explore the service.
  • Reviews and other useful evidence that help customers choose you.
  • Layouts designed for people using their phones, with attention to speed, accessibility and SEO foundations.
A guided enquiry that collects useful details.
  • Questions adapted to the work you actually do.
  • Property, location, frequency, household or site details where relevant.
  • Space for specific priorities and optional photographs.
  • Enquiries saved in WordPress and delivered to the business.
  • A staff entry screen for enquiries taken over the phone.
  • Customer details connected to Brevo, Mailchimp or your preferred email platform, with the connection agreed for your build.
You prepare the price. The website handles the acceptance.
  • A quote preparation screen for the service, price, additional charges, frequency, scope and notes.
  • A branded quote email populated from those details.
  • A customer-facing quote review and acceptance step.
  • Proposed first-service dates if that suits your workflow.
  • A record of the enquiry, quote and acceptance so you can see where it has reached.
Payments that fit how you work.
  • Choose whether customers pay when they accept or after their clean.
  • Secure payment or card collection through a payment provider.
  • One-off or recurring payment arrangements where appropriate.
  • Customer confirmations and business notifications.
  • A clear explanation of what happens after the customer accepts.

You don’t have to price every clean automatically.

The starting website uses manual quoting: you review the enquiry and decide the price. For Sam, that means preparing a quote through a template, offering suitable dates and letting the customer accept online. Sam’s version collects a card for billing after the scheduled clean. Your version can collect payment at acceptance if that suits the business better.

If you want the website to calculate the price and match the job to a suitable cleaner by location, automatic quoting and cleaner matching is an additional $1,800. We’ll need your pricing data and the rules for choosing the right cleaner.

From $1,000

A cleaning website with guided enquiries, manual quote preparation, online acceptance and an agreed payment process, adapted for your business.

This is an indicative starting price to help you picture what’s possible. Your content, existing tools and the workflow you need will shape the quote. Platform subscriptions, payment-processing charges and other ongoing provider costs are separate from the build.

Useful beyond cleaning, too.

Gardeners, mobile detailers, property maintenance businesses and other service providers also need to collect job details, send quotes, gain acceptance and get paid. If that sounds like your business, tell me what the process needs to do. These features can be applied to the work you sell.

Read Sam’s client story to see the thinking behind her enquiry form and quoting process. You can also explore a customer discovery quiz or quote templates and email journeys.

What happens between “I need a cleaner” and “you’re booked”?

Tell me what you clean, where you work and how you currently handle enquiries, quotes and payments. We’ll work out what your website could take care of.
