A website for your equipment hire business
From $700
Enquire about thisYou’ve got things people want to hire. They need to see what’s available, choose a date, understand the options and pay. You need to know you can actually deliver the booking.
I’ll build you a website that connects those two sides of the job, with a design that feels like your business and a booking system that keeps track of the work behind the sale.

Customers can organise their booking without waiting for a reply
Show people your equipment, explain what’s included and let them work through their choices. Available dates and start times, hire lengths, packages, extras and relevant setup questions all form part of the booking journey.
The system checks availability as they make their selections and reserves the equipment when they add the booking to their cart. They can review the details, pay online and receive their booking email.
If the customer’s answer creates another question—or means they need another item—we can configure that too. No nearby power? Offer a generator. Choosing a particular styling option? Reserve the equipment that goes with it.
The booking needs to work for you too
The same equipment might be offered on its own, included in several packages and available as an extra. It still needs to be available when somebody books it.
Shared stock checks account for those connections, along with setup, pack-down, travel allowances, operating hours and crew capacity. You decide your notice period, daily booking limit, closed dates and other settings.
After the sale, the dashboard gives you a place to manage bookings, payments, delivery and collection, changes, returns and bonds. The built-in emails follow those actions, so you don’t need to assemble separate email automations to get the basic process working.

A website that looks like your business
We’ll agree on a branded design and build the pages around what you hire out and how customers choose it. Your equipment photographs, package information and booking screens will feel like parts of the same website.

Who could use this?
Party furniture, wedding decor, audiovisual equipment, picnic setups, outdoor cinemas, photography equipment and similar hire businesses are all good starting points. Tell me what you hire out and how your bookings work, and we’ll work out how the system could fit.
Working together
Bring your branding, photographs, prices, product information and business policies. I can build the website for you to populate and configure, or help with the content and product setup too.
You’ll have operating instructions and 30 days of support from launch if something breaks or you get stuck. After that, you can still come back for help; I’ll explain any costs before doing the work.
Your domain, hosting, payment-processing fees and any optional third-party services are separate from the build price.
