Visual product configurators for personalised orders
From $450 AUD
Enquire about thisA visual product configurator helps customers build their own order, see their choices and understand the price before they add it to their basket.
If your products come in combinations that a standard dropdown can’t explain very well, I can build a buying process that makes those choices easier.
A visual product configurator for the way you sell
Customers might need to type a message, choose colours, combine components or select a finishing arrangement. The configurator can show the relevant choices, update the price and put the right products and quantities into the basket.
We’ll start with what your customer is trying to create and what you need to receive to fulfil it. Then I’ll design the steps, previews and pricing rules around that.
Twenty balloons shouldn’t mean twenty trips to the basket
At Good Cents Arty Party, customers previously had to add foil letters individually, unless Janine had already made their chosen word into a product. She could prepare “Mum”, “Dad” and “500K”. She was never going to predict every message someone might want.
I built a balloon message builder. Customers type their message and see it using photographs of the actual letter balloons. They can choose a colour for the whole message or change individual letters, select a finishing arrangement and see the total.
The system does the counting and adds the required products to the basket. Janine doesn’t have to invent a separate product for every possible sentence.

What the starting price assumes
From $450 for a straightforward configurator on an existing shop, using a clear spreadsheet of your products, available combinations and prices, together with suitable supplied product images.
I’ll review those combinations before quoting. More involved previews, component stock rules, conditional options or unusual pricing may need a larger build. If the spreadsheet needs untangling first, we can account for that in the quote.
Available as an upgrade to your existing shop or a feature in a new website build.
