WooCommerce POS with shared online and in-store stock
From $450 AUD
Enquire about thisA WooCommerce POS system lets your counter sales and online shop use the same product catalogue and stock records. Sell something in the shop, and you shouldn’t need to remember to change the stock on another system afterwards.
If you’re tired of updating stock in two places and still getting it wrong, I can build a counter sales process around the way your shop actually runs.
A WooCommerce POS system that fits your shop
Staff can scan a barcode or search for a product, add it to the basket, record payment and print an invoice. Online and counter orders draw from the same inventory, with stock-entry and stocktake tools to help keep those numbers useful.
The details matter. What happens when an item doesn’t have a barcode? When something hasn’t made it into the online catalogue yet? When someone needs a refund? We’ll work through the situations your staff deal with, then agree which tools your setup needs.
Built for Good Cents Arty Party
Janine and Tony were managing stock numbers back and forth between systems. They were so unreliable that Tony deliberately changed all the stock numbers to zero a few days before I built their replacement.
Now their counter sales and online shop use one set of stock records, supported by tools for entering inventory and doing stocktakes. Their counter system also prints invoices. And Tony, whose wallet is apparently vacuum sealed, particularly appreciates losing the ongoing POS software subscription.

Your printer and EFTPOS setup are part of the quote
Starting from $450 for a straightforward setup on an existing WooCommerce shop. We’ll check your specific printer, EFTPOS terminal and counter workflow before I quote.
Recording a payment made on a terminal and sending the sale amount directly to that terminal require different connections. I’ll establish what your equipment supports and include the agreed integration in your quote.
The custom POS has no ongoing POS software subscription. Your normal hosting, payment-processing and any hardware or provider charges still apply.
This can be a standalone upgrade or part of a new online shop build.
